Will I grow and see abs?

I’m 17 5'10 weigh 140 and I run 3 miles everyday. And I have be eating well for a while. But the running part I hold been doing for 2 weeks and I own been weightlifting 3 times a week( circuit once out of three). I dont see any abs. Im cut surrounded by all other places, but not my stomach. There is resembling an inch or a half inch within. I also play sports a lot too. My BMI is resembling 19.4. Does that have to turn down? I also do ab excersies, but i dont know how much i should be doing. What should I do about this, to bring abs and will growing taller help me?

a moment ago keep doing your ab exercises...it is one of the hardest muscles to grow...i know...it took me 2 1/2 months to finally bring back mine. It will come...you just enjoy to be patient
The first poster is 100% wrong. All the crunches contained by the world won't get you a six-pack. The push button to getting your abs to show is getting your body fat down below 10%, and that take strict diet and exercise. It's not just what you devour, but how much you eat and how habitually you eat. Here's a tip: Check out the Discussion boards on the Mens Health website (http://www.menshealth.com/). You'll revise everything you need to know give or take a few what to eat, what to avoid, how much to put away, how often to devour, and the best workouts for getting that washboard midsection. When you are doing any kind of excersies, running, weightlifting, ect... occupy your stomach muscles (hold your stomach muscles in).
