I'm allergic to milk & don't resembling yogurt can anyohe relay me what I can use as a dairy product?
Answer:
try soy milk, but make sure it have added calcium and vitamin D. You can also get calcium from see, leafy green veggies like spinach. You can other take a calcium supplement. And if you're lactose intollerant, nearby are pills you can take back you eat dairy and it will give a hand a lot.
Soy milk is a fitting substitute. If you don't like it, try the type with almond flavoring. A friend of mine near a milk allergy found that she is able to drink crude milk (that is not processed) without any problems. She get it at the health food store
Goat milk is what I drink (I'm allergic to milk too). Soy milk is also right... if I was forced to drink soy milk, I would walk with chocolate though. Vanilla is "blah." Goat milk is a TON better than cow milk or soy milk, I construe.
Hope this helps... :)
There are different types of milk that are alot more expensive but they are for culture who are lactose intolerant. Check groceries stores. Or go online and look up dairy products for lactose intolerant
