Don't devour profoundly, but am solid. What can I do?

I've tried weight watchers and LA weightloss, and nil has seem to work. So now I'm trying to look into diet pills or merely metabolism boosters. Any suggestions?

Diet pills and metabolism boosters are repeatedly not approved by the FDA. Who knows what they could do to your body within the long term.

Seriously. Exercise. You'll tone and be aware of better about yourself. I almost tried those green tea pill things just about a year ago. Then I took dieting SERIOUSLY, and exercising, and lost 30 lbs.

Pills are not the answer.
I never ate alot but i gained solidity. I think you necessitate more exercise per week or less carbs contained by what you eat.
excersice and plz dont bear pills cuz they dont work
sometimes its what you eat and when you devour it...more exercise will burn more calories.

I go to the doctor for this 2 weeks ago. I have cut out sugar drinks altogether. I know that's a strange possession, but ANY drink with any sweetener. I am not drinking diet because the artificial sweeteners trigger sugar cravings.

I've lost 7 pounds surrounded by 2 weeks and that's the ONLY change I've made.

I'm solely 40 and almost had a stroke 16 days ago. So I am on the incentive plan:)
Simple walking or running

DONT DO CARDIO unless you want mucles

If you purely want to be slim then walking or running is best: FACT!

Cardio make you have mucles, , ,which fashion you look bigger. oh and also crunches make you mucleyyyy
