Don't really worry around it too much though, you're in highschool right immediately I assume. Right around this time your body totally changes as far as muscle and metabolism. Try not chowing down on the efficient food and drinking extraordinary amounts when you get to be a senior LOL. I have great metabolism when I was a sophmore and junior and next it went away. Now I enjoy to stick to a diet and make sure I exercise every sunshine.
