I want a flat stomach?

yea i know, its unhealthy to lose so much lurk in so little time!
but im goin on hols nxt week n im desperate 4 a flat stomach so i can look gd surrounded by ma bikini lol
im still in lower skwl so i have no time to run in the mornin or anything

any ideas?

i way of walking 2 miles ever day ( thats to and from school) and i wander a lot within skool but notin seems 2 be workin

walking is not going to help out you lose weight unless it is a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes a afternoon. Most important is your diet. Eat lots of protein resembling chicken and fish Stay away from fatty meats similar to pork and steak. Eat less carbs..(pasta, rice, bread) Eat closely of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water...and drink about 5 or 6 little meal instead of 3 big meals. The individual thing that I perceive can help flatten your stomach is jog. And trust me you have 30 minutes out of your daytime to jog...I work adjectives day and enjoy 2 small children and i go to the gym at tiniest an hour a day. ...you lately have to breed the time good luck

PS I twig you walk to college and back but if you are not breaking a sweat you are not walking prompt enough and im sure you dont want to be adjectives sweaty at school...in a minute maybe the waddle back!
the best passageway is jogging or running. U should run on grass instead of concrete cuz it's really concrete and bad for your knees. Diet too is along near running is the only course to have a flat stomach express. Or do what i do, suck in your stomach within public. hehe
