I appear relatively slender but i'm in fact completely flabby, whats the best piece contained by vocabulary of diet and exercise?

I dont wanna lose weight and be too skinny, but I definately wanna tone up,, please insist on on the best exercise and some nutritional advise! appreciation for the hlep!


Answers:    Take a spin class. Its great cardio and you won't hurt your joins by running. You can ride at your speed and savour some great music while riding.
