How do I keep myself from binge eating?

I'm trying to lose weight and a lot of fat off my legs, stomach, and underarms so I'm trying to eat less. But I'm always craving for a ton of stuff (usually sweets) in the after noon. How do I stop myself? Please help me!

Goodness gracious no do not eat Splenda, unless you want cancer. You do not need a diet; you need a change of lifestyle. Try exercising your body and not your eyes by watching your calorie intake. Try not to eat less, becuase that just increases the desire to eat. Eat when you are hungry(yes, EAT when you are hungry), but try to choose to eat things that aren't loaded with carbohydrates or fat.
Last of all, get support from your family if you can. if you can't or don't want to, draw a picture of what you want to look like and stick it up on the inside door of the wardrobe and look at it every morning. Love yourself and know for yourself that this is a change that you want. Good luck.
Remove the sweets from the house.

think about how awful you are going to feel after binging, that usually that helps me.
drink a lot of water and whenever you feel like eating, tell yourself "why the hell are you eating those junks" and the best way is to get rid of just from your sight
dont eat less! eat healthy in correct proportions, if you craze sweets try keeping some straberries or bananas around, sweet fruits are good for you and you can satisfy that craving.

dont eat splenda! or any artificial sweeteners! they have been proven to cause brain cancer in lab rats! do avoid diet sodas cause they have artificial sweeteners as well
The more sweets you eat the more you crave them. If you keep it out of your house, it is good. If, when you are in a store and you are craving something sweet, just buy like the little bit size candy bar. I find that if I just eat one bite size candy bar my sweet tooth is gone. Like I said the less you eat them the craving will go away. Good luck, my problem is not sweets, I like food, especially Mexican.
Hi! yeah that's a hard thing not to do, but if anything, get the 100 calorie snacks and munch on them. That's a whole lot better than fatty foods!
