Answer:
do squats!!lots and lots of squats
try exercising more
win fucked
go running every hours of daylight for atleast 20 mins, to get the stout off your abs. Along beside every day ab work. doesn`t matter what it may be. As for your tush, SQUATS! drink a lot of marine too
For the stomach (getting rid of the fat):
Do any aerobic exercise (non-stop), daily or at least possible every other day, within the morning before breakfast (that's the time of light of day when you burn the most calories, because your body temperature is starting to rise) resembling fast-paced treadmill, rope jumping, aerobic tango, swimming, jogging (not running) etc.for 12-15 minutes non-stop. 12 minutes is ample to burn fat, BTW.
Now, to tighten the abs: 30 minutes beforehand going to bed, do at least some 50-150 sit-ups, at least possible 30 laying leg lift and some 150 waist twists. all of that will bring you no more than 15-20 minutes, if you don't rest excessively between exercises, so it's not a big deal. Again, you can check how they're done by checking video on you tube.
For the butt:
Lunges, squats, standing up "good mornings" and stiff-legged deadlifts are the prime butt-building non-aerobic exercises. Simply move about to youtube and watch some video of those exercises, to learn how they're done, if you don't already know.
Ice-skating non-stop (again, at smallest 12 minutes, to burn calories, at a mid to fast pace) is an excellent fat-burner, and also, probably the best exercise ever to build a huge butt (if you don't believe me, lately watch a video of professional mannish figure rime skaters; their butts are DISGUSTINGLY huge)!!
Whatever you do, good luck near it!
