I run in charge to stay fit. Someone please tell me the difference between darkness running and day running. I run 4 times a week going on for 5 miles aday. I find that night runs are alot easier after day time runs. I consistency that i dont get a proper workout when I run at darkness. Should I completley stop running at night and stick to hot weather light of day time running?

Running in the hours of daylight will help more but intuitively i like running when its cooler but i feel you would get a better workout surrounded by the daytime
