I was wondering if anyone have any experience with this benevolent of program. What are the pros and the cons? Would it help to prevent work injuries if I do a program resembling this (I do a lot of hard to digest moving and lifting)? Would it help near insomnia problems? What kind of results can I expect from a program similar to this?
