im 14. i weighed 143 pounds at 5'4''. im not overweight, but i am big surrounded by my thighs and stomache. my boyfriend says im apathetic and wont do anything, so im trying to prove him wrong. so for its been 3 weeks, and tomorrow is my second weigh contained by. but so far (as of what i know) ive only lost one pound ! ive be working out everyday! anywhere from an hour to two hours a day. ive be eating better and drinking nil but water. does anyone own any tips to help shed those pounds for a moment faster?
