Would you reccomend taking N. O. Xplode beforehand a half-running, half-lifting workout?

you should take NO EXPLODE in the past your workout and then do cardio after you finished your workout. NO-EXPLODE is a supplement that help you build mass and strength. It is better to take it next to NITRIX and AXIS-HT. It will give you better results.
NOXplode is a pretty apt product, I have used it a few times and it give you incredible energy. I drank a dose of it and go to ride my bike, and I was going at around 25mph on a bike (slightly downhill) and i never stopped pedaling, I never feel tired even though I was pushing my body to the inhibit. Thats what the product is for, I wouldn't recommend it if you have a colourless heart or if you cant handle a big amount of stimulation.
So I don't think itll be bleak for you, but hey, everything in the world can eliminate us, youll be fine with NOXplode.
I've be looking at that product plus BSN Nitix and Cellmass in combo. It is the BSN "mass stack". The sample I've used seem to provide "something" to my workout and other guys read out it makes them really pumped. The price of entry is why I haven't leap into it yet.,,, but ebay have some good sale.
