Best workouts ladies and men answer?

Getting to the age where you gotta work out more an dmore. I am not tubby but I'm noticing I'm getting small love handle. What is the best way to remove those horrible things, any exercises specifically for love handle?

Answer:
full abdominal crunches (making a V with your body, you know), and lateral crunches are the bomb. You know that platform you stand on that supports you up to your hips and you can stand on it sideways and do lateral crunches, or lean down and next crunch backwards to work on the back? THAT!! Do similar to 100 of those a day and the love handle (even though I think they are adorable) will dissapear contained by about 4 to 6 weeks.

I wouldn't even bother next to crunches or anything, running usually burns the most fat as does stress. I've have the most stress in my entire natural life in the ending 3 months, still been consumption fast food and I've lost 7 pounds, stern down to 125 baby! honest luck, if you can't or don't want to start running try walking about a mile and bring some tunes beside you. It's relaxing and burns calories. Good luck :)
You can't choose where you lose lubricant; meaning in that aren't any exercise that will target love handles. Any cardio workout will do, such as running, walking or swimming. You can tone specific muscle groups on your body, but you can't target flab the same style. Just pick a cardio exercise you enjoy and be consistent. You will capture results!
I find it effective to do two cardio workouts surrounded by one day. Such as travel for a swim or a run early afterwards do some more cardio after work -- then I finish up near weight training and abs

With adjectives the cardio it should trim you down -- then when you see the results that you want try to hang on to the routine going or just do one really tough workout a year instead of the two --
