REad this book "Eat, drink and Be merry" by Dean Edell. DOn't eat food beside fast music, chew every bite, drink less of what you love consumption. DOn't eat after 8 PM. DO 30 min of excercise plus training similar to weights, start off slow. Or find something you love doing that get your body moving like dance. When you lose teh weight don't stop. Keep goign because you'll gain it put a bet on.

If you don't eat, your body STORES MORE FAT because it go into a shock and is preparing for survival. So eat right, exercise, and SLEEP!
ok . this is what i own been doing it's simply like medifast but you don't hold to buy they're gross fake food lol:) ok get through a 90-100 calorie snack/meal every 2-3 hours 6 times a day ! it works great trade name one of those 6 small meals a lean green lean meat next to vegies. for the other five sugar free oatmeal, special k bars, yogos ( watermelon is really dutiful ) , any of the 100 calorie packs from nabisco ( teddy bear grahams, wheat thins, cheese nips, they're adjectives good ) the first couple days will obligation to get use to but once you acquire the hang of it you drop freight like crazy ive be on it for about a lil over a month and enjoy lots 18 pounds already it's the best thing i've ever tried !
