If I replace my breakfast with special K, replace lunch near fruits, cucumbers and lettuce and eliminate the ammount of carbs from dinner.

Also, tag on light cargo training 3/4 times a week and walk for almost 1 hour (speed walking) everyday.

I agree with the 2-4lbs/week prediction. This diet doesn't seem to be to have deeply of variety though and the solidity will come back as soon as you dance off it. Remember to affix some protein to your meals and drink plenty of hose down.
