Could I get a significant result?
Im not over weight or anything i have a low body fat percantage and am basically just skinny
I'd go to the gym and do a lil bit of everything but mainly running and then working on my six pack again... if i tried lifintg wights or anythign else would i get a big difference? And what do you think i should do to see a difference?
I go back to school in roughly a month month and half...
Anything you guys would suggest to eat, or excercises? i'd appreciate your help, thanks
