Stop worrying; you are not "freaky fat" at 166 pounds.
The more you love yourself inside, the more impressive you will be at whatever diet side of the road you take.
That said, the Mayo Clinic diet is locked and healthy for fast weight loss as long as you do it as you are told and do not skip the "off" times.

Go in front of the TV and do push ups, sit ups, crunches, running on the spot, lunges. watching the TV should grant you something else to think roughly speaking as you are exercising.

The first thing that you enjoy to understand is that you're not freaky podginess.
Second, you can't get a sexy body surrounded by less than two weeks (and hold on to it healthy).
I think you should of late challenge yourself to run/jog/walk for 20 minutes respectively day. Walk around the block and see the sites. If you hold trouble because of the weather... jog within place while watching tv. Do situps or crunches - stuff like that. It take about 20 minutes of continuous use for muscles to start burning portly instead of sugar.
Diet is also a big part of looking righteous and losing weight. You hold to watch what you put away. You should never starve yourself or be hungry all the time. Stick to lots of fruits & veggies and try to stay away from excess breads, pastas, or rice.
You'll start to be delirious tighten up as you exercise and eat right, and later slowly work in a solidity program so that you can tone some muscle too. Losting 1-2 lbs a week is a healthy instrument to do it, but often times you're body will look seriously better just by taking these steps!
You are or own been inadequately informed as to the flexibility of your bodies ability to gain/lose freight. There is NO WAY to safely crash diet to a "sexy" mass and trust me 166 ponds is not FREAKY FAT. You need counseling more than you inevitability music. You should see your school nurse, own flesh and blood doctor, or a priest as soon as you can and tell them what you hold asked for in this forum. I could put in the picture you ways to CRASH weight but I would be guilty of harm you which I cannot do. That would violate my personal beliefs and faiths. Good luck to ya.

Well, you can't lose counterweight ton's of weight contained by two week's. Try doing sit-up's crunche's jumpin jack's and all the primary stuff for about 30 minutes!
