Help i requirement to lose the weightiness?

I've not got profusely of money so i can't buy expensive pills or anything like that to help out me out, i have one and only been have 1 meal a time and a few snacks like tuna butties and in the order of 2 packets of crisp a hours of daylight sometimes no crisp, and i don't seem to be loseing anything, i am putting more counterweight and i don't even eat alot, i way of walking almost everywhere and thats not been helping, i also surmise im a little depressed nearly it as well, and because im putting it on i a short time ago feel approaching not trying, think i must hold put a stone on in smaller quantity then a month, any design on what i could do because i need to lose it in the past i get any serious condition problems, so i need to lose at lowest possible 5 stone before christmas 2008. Ive given up almost adjectives fizzy drinks apart from vimto an orange lucozade. i lately don't know what to do, so any advice please.
