o.k..this is what i eat..
for breakfast i enjoy a cup of special k cereal,for lunch i have even a fruit or a small bowl of cereal an for dinner i enjoy alittle veggies or a small salad,in i dont devour past like7:00p.m an i hoof it for about an hour or two a afternoon...is this consisting of an eating disorder,or is it o.k.motivation im trying to lose like 20 pounds an i dont drink junkfood at all or drink soda,so im consuming just about 500 calories a day.but is this desperate for me,an will i become anorexic..?
