Gettin Fit For Army?

im joinin the british army contained by a few months , im male 6ft2 180 pounds self like to be at going on for 160 with within about 10 weeks if thats possible? if it is i know itl be alot of podginess to lose in a little so it wont be healthy but i really call for to lose it lol , so far i do 30-60 mins of tredmill a day which loses 500-800 calories and i do sit ups plus walking , self say my diet is mostly sensible but i dont really munch through much and im taking Nutrex Lipo 6 , so if any 1 has any tips to serve me they wud be greatly appreciated , thank you all

Just label sure u can do 40 press-ups & jog 1.5km contained by 14 minutes.

I seriously doubt you will enjoy to worry in the region of your weight near how tall you are. I don't know much in the order of the way Britain trains its military but try going to 2 hours on the treadmill sometimes. Probably going to be exausted but you'll enjoy to do longer when you actualy join.
