Ok, I am not fat, and do not have any problem going on diets. Every summer I go on the same diet, and do the same exercises as the year before. After about a month into my diet, and exercise my body looks a lot better, but my face looks extremely gaunt and it looks like I am fighting anarexia. Is there any exercise routines that you know of that will just get my body toned but not make my face too skinny? (By the way I am a dude if that matters.)

You can't really help where your body loses fat. If you want to lose the body fat (and thereby show off your muscles), you'll have to deal with losing it in your face too. If you want your face to look more filled in, you'll have to deal with a little more body fat all over. Hope this helps!
