Alright. Take it from someone who has be going through the same article you have. I'm a 17 year infirm girl. I use to think that if I wasn't a size two, after I wasn't beautiful. Those models hold really corrupted everyone's opinion on what true attractiveness is. The number on the back of your jeans scheme nothing. The simply thing that matter is that you are comfortable in what you are wearing. When you are comfortable, you are more confident, and when you hold confidence, you're true beauty shines through. Running or a full month team game of DDR should help. It help me and my legs were smaller and my theighs be losing weight.

You should Swim... it help all of the muscles contained by your legs. and isnt bad on your knees! But I scrounging SWIM not stand in the pool! Do lap or something! Dont run... its better to swim... its better on your ancles and your knees! But if you cant swim I guess run!
grab an ipod and stir running. Set goals surrounded by time and distance. It is the fastest way. and it's help shape up other body parts. Plus it is really healthy.

no 15 year old should be worried in the order of their appearance, especially that early contained by life. You shouldn't be worried around appearance, boys, or sex.
Go out, have some fun while you hold the chance end in trust me things become alot different when you grow up, get married, own kids, get a definite job, try to support your first place to live , etc. Chances are any "boyfriend" you enjoy now won't end til when you 16, let alone 50 so don't idle away your time, breath, or body.
