How to do exercises contained by Men's Fitness Magazine?

I just subscribed to Men's Fitness and lately started working out. My question is how do you achieve the exercises properly? I mean, surrounded by the fitness section of the magazine, nearby are usually three workouts (A, B, C). Do I do exercise A first, then rest a daylight, then B, next rest a day, and so on?? Also, some workouts require me to do exercises surrounded by between sets. Does this mean I do exercise A, exercise B, and after A, and B again until I'm done?

Please help me. I know that I over analyze things abundantly, but I wan't to learn how to be in good health.

My first counsel to you is to cancel your subscription to Men's vigour. My second recommendation is to check out www.t-nation.com for some serious, solid workouts that hold a track record of nouns. I love that site. It's my workout bible.

They usually explain everything pretty well. And if they don't, you can typically find an article just about what you are confused about by doing a keyword turn out.
