Lower the intensity of your workouts and your muscles will eventually get smaller. Just resembling making your workouts more intense will make your muscles bigger. Your body will mutate to what is needed. for example if you are doing squats say 180lbs for 3 sets at 8 reps, consequently lower the weight nouns. Do 160lbs at 3 sets for 8 reps.
