Scared of the dull but its soooo much easier to exercise at darkness?

its 100 = degrees out during the morning so easier to run at night but im TERRIFIED of the gloomy

You're not seriously afraid of teh dark are you? Why don't you jump to those 24 hours gym? There's air conditioner and lights! LOL Good luck!
here's what i do, hoof it around the room for a few minutes. Start by counting the patterns on the hearth rug, then start contemplating on life span. Just as you notice you've be walking for a while , an hour or more just passed by. I know it sounds stupid but it will soon start to become a quirk. I heard pastry lebelle does the same point. Hope it works.
you should try biking! get those lights for your helmet and attach some to the bike contained by MULTIPLE directions!! AND!! if you are biking your faster then anything fear-provoking
You were molested surrounded by the dark while running? Only suggestion I could meditate of is to find a jogging partner who you trust. In standard, overcoming your darkness fears may be courteous. Therapy could help.
