i am 12 107lb 5'0 i want to lose weight and what are foods that facilitate me not break out and eat unwanted items food?ya know weight losing foods,is here any you know?like really low curvy and cal?i want to lose weight within like 2 days my aspiration is to lose 5-7 lb in 2 days...or only 3lb and 5 in 4.is at hand any pacific diet like drink this at so and so time?please help i want to see if this boy wud close to me!and i just want to lose weigh also!i enjoy 2lb weights and a jumprope how many times do i dive rope 2 lose a certain calories and next to weights 2?


Answers:    um... hun, I'm 17, 218 pounds and 5'5. I'm not happy beside my weight, but I get through healthy and excersize, so I'm not that worried roughly speaking it.

I know you probably have hear this before (if not, prepare yourself): A boy is, first stale, not going to notice if you lose 5 pounds. and second sour, a girl at your age does not need to be worrying just about boys. focus more on school, sports, and friends!!

Now, so I won't sign out you with a "oh, she a moment ago wanted to bicker at me for person young and wanting to lose weight" type of thinking, here are some ideas (use them if you want.)

Exersize day after day.
It may not make you pencil meagre in a week, but it will receive you feel better, and sleep better! (trust me!)

Eat the right things.
drinking chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner cannot be healthy for anyone. try consumption fruits and veggies! (they are all yummy, and go away you feeling "oh, I purely finnished a banana!" not "oh... I just ate a together candy bar... I'm going to walk run a mile now.")
and consistency good roughly youself!

Its a general rule that: if you own to change who you are for your friends, boys or anyone else, it's not worth adjectives the pain and hard work to change yourself, and be paid yourself unhappy a moment ago to make them cheerful.

Anyways, if your still reading this, thanks. If not, next I'm sure this doesn't matter, but I conjecture that boys like more of a girls persenality later their looks... but I could be wrong ^^;
