i need to build some mucsles on my stomach and arms
how much should i work out for the first hours of daylight and how shall i improve my program?

take it undemanding for the first couple days, maybe 2 sets of 10 reps for respectively exercise you do or quick ten minutes on the treadmill will abet, and to improve freshly make sure you devour right and just give more time every 3 times to exercise.

you should start out lite. Work out for a half hour at the most. Do lights weights and better reps.
Slowly gain time at the gym doing more exercises and more weight.
Like Joe said, start standard lamp. I've made the mistake of working too hard too without delay, and I ended up burning out and quitting. For strength training, I would pick a low number of reps at first (maybe ten) and join more as it becomes easier. Allow 48 hours within between strength training sessions.
Same goes for cardio- don't push yourself too concrete. Do what you can and add more time or up the intensity as it get easier. Of course, you can do cardio every day. Be merciful and consistent and you will see results very soon!
Start slow . . as you gain muscle mass you will be capable of do more. Start with a counterweight and see how many reps you can do. Try to do 12 reps. If you can effortlessly do 12 then you involve more weight and you should know how to safely budge to the next mass. If you can only do 5 (as an example) consequently your weights are too heavy and you should stir down a level. You should know how to do 3 sets of 10-12 reps to start. As far as abs go start near crunches but be sure that you get the obliques as resourcefully. If you are starting this in a gym you should be capable of get a free session next to a trainer.
