I read some of the previous answers to your cross-question and there are for sure times I wish my scales be broken and weighed me just about 50 lbs. less than what I do weigh!
But, I hold a pair of scales that my mom get me for Christmas and it measures my weight, body large and hydration level. I don't remember the exact brand, but I find the mount to be very motivating (as long as the number is going down...lol).
How accurate those kind of scales are, I don't know. But, mine seems to be on target. The scales that I do hold also have 4 buttons and you can input your point, age and sex and the scale will remember your information and display it respectively time you hit your assigned button.
That's the kind of ascend I'd recommend.
Invisible ones!
cmaballa13 is right the weight watchers ones are tremendously good.
I enjoy a set they do not measure body oil but seem to be fundamentally accurate (even tell you down to a 1/4 lb) and remember your previous counterweight etc...
I would def recommend these.
Lloyds Pharmacy have a special set aside on at the mo, their lb49.99 glass scales next to body fat calculate and BMI are reduced to lb14.99. They look swish too. I bought a pair and while they made me touch a bit depressed they did the job fairly well.
