Help I stipulation a honourable diet!?
Answer:
You don't enjoy a colon?!
Anyways, my reccomendation is to increase protein to lose weight. It will keep hold of you feeling more full, and since you're colon-less you're smaller number likely to expirience the problems most family do on high-protein diets. Lean chicken and other meats combined near fresh or steamed fruits and veggies (just eat the ones you approaching I guess, beans and corn are good together) and olive grease as your main source of flabby will keep you thought fuller and help you drink less contained by the end. Have you considered the south shore diet? Its a good in good health and very wadding diet, the only entry that may not work for you is that you have to own lots of veggies and fruits on it. I suppose you could just enjoy a garden salad instead though (its half your plate). Good luck finding the right diet.
Oh, and don't forget exercise! Start near just partially a mile a day every year and very slowly build your bearing up. Aim to be running five miles a day five months from immediately. You'll see a faster and faster rate of results if you do this. Good luck getting fit!
Ask your doctor what he recommends.
YOU DON'T HAVE A COLON??
very well if you dont like fruit and veg its gonna be frozen. what i would suggest is just throw a bunch of fruit or veg contained by a blender with some intact grains or something and beat it up. it might not taste correct, but you can throw some tex mex in at hand to make it bearable. since you dont close to fruit n veg anyways, at least this course itll go down rushed and easy.
guzzle things like rice and barley instead of pasta. try making a vegetable soup next to some lentils and random herb and stuff.
mrs sexy pants, yes a colon can be removed due to cancer or severe sexual foul language. ive heard its tender to live without.
