I'm too skinny?

alrighty, I lost alot of weight since the spring, and I really don't know why, but former times week I lost three lbs (but I think that be just because we didn't own much food in the house, we fixed that now) but I would resembling to know how to gain weight so my stomach isn't big but I don't want to be boney, oh and I'm 5'8" and 110lbs, but I REALLY don't want to seize fat. I purely wanna fix the rib area, and possibly the hips, and my boney shoulders, but definitly nothing on the stomach, and I still wanna be small. lol, Idk why I verbs so much, I biggist size I have ever be was a 5, but anyway any direction? What can I do?

Many people are newly like you. it's as difficult to gain solidity for thin citizens as it is to lose it for heavy folks.

To gain(control) immensity there are three things you must do on a on a daily basis basis. (assuming you are healthy)

1) Eat a minimum of 3 (three) meal per day around equal time each time give or rob an hour.

2) Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 3 (three) day's per week.

3) Get a minimum of 8 hours of rim sleep Seven Day's per week.

Now, multiply your weight(110) times 15(calories) =1500 calories per light of day..This is how many calories you want to stay even.....eat more and gain mass,,,,eat smaller number and loose weight....
