Anything that involves cardio. So the treadmill, bike, elliptical trainer, rowing piece of equipment. Any thing that will win your heart rate elevated into the training zone for more than 20 mins. Lifting weights will increase you heart rate a little, but you are not going to be capable of sustain that exercise for very long, unless the weights are fundamentally low.
Treadmill for starters. Stair climbers and stationary bikes work well.
Anything within which you spend > 30 mins doing something, is likely something which will reorganize endurance.
run next to weights, it really helps out.

stationary cyclin.. cylce for 5 min non-stop as your first step and little by little increase the time..
