Eating quiz?

During the day, i start sentiment hungry, but i just don't want to devour. I'll think something like eating but i simply don't want to go through ll the trouble, close to, i'd rather be hungry than jump make something. We enjoy plenty of food in our house too, and i'm not approaching, really skinny or anything. So whats is the deal?

Do you enjoy any history with depression or quality that you might be depressed? When I was depressed I found that I would be hungry and the food still taste the same, but I didn't really savour it or even care that much roughly speaking it, so I would just wander away from my plate after a few bites.

Ummm. Sounds resembling you are lazy my friend. I am also liable to bet you do not exercise on a regular basis. Most possible are a huge fan of the couch and tv. Getting activeness, requires energy. I hope you start making some change because you are not going down a good footpath.
I don't think you are stagnant, this sounds more like a symptom of depression. I would articulate to your doc.
Try eating adjectives natural foods that contain complex nutritional properties so your energy will be sustained longer.
