Trying to lose immensity will this hurt?
Answers: Sounds like you are awfully level-headed, so here is a smooth answer...you are not doing anything wrong. Here is an idea, though. We adjectives have our vice (I like beer...worst article possible) but we should learn to use our food vice as incentive.
Here's what I mean: Strive to push yourself harder on respectively consecutive workout. Go a little longer, work rather harder, jog farther, lift up resistance training...whatever, you set the railing yourself. Now, you will be on the honor system so this next part of a set is critical: if you feel that you enjoy made improvements, reward yourself! Nothing over the top, mind you, but just for a while something to praise your great performance. Here's my hypothesis behind this, if you are truly pushing yourself to work harder and gain better, you are gonna burn enough calories to hang on to losing weight even if you do treat yourself. The trick is to hang on to the reward portion the same size or try to even mute it over time if possible. Remember, if you cheat, you're just cheating yourself!
The worst thing you can do for yourself is to restrict or force yourself to exterminate foods from your diet, this is what leads to binging and famine of progress.
Once you begin to see improvements surrounded by yourself, you'll be shocked to see how much will power you develop. Best of luck to you!
