Who weigh 87 kilograms?
Answer:
common BMI (body mass index) is between 18.5 and 24.9, so 26 is considered overweight, but just slightly.
he get it from a website like this:
http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmi-m.ht...
here you input your rise and weight and it will explain to you your body mass index.
Im guessing he is like 182 cm within height, more or smaller amount, right?
His normal immensity range is between 62 and 82 kilos. The appropriate news is, for him to be in normal and HEALTHY ranges, he would merely have to lose 5 kilos (something he could do contained by 3 weeks to a month), I wouldn't recommend him losing anymore than 10 kilos since he is tall.
My bmi is currently 26 as economically. Im striving to lose another 16 kilos (but Im a girl, you know how we are), Which would but my bmi at a very able-bodied 20.8
Tell him not to fret. If he wants to lose mass, support him with it. It will be MUCH, and I expect MUCH MUCH easier for him to lose it while he is younger and his body is less resistant to variation. If you want an excelent diet and weight loss program, email me. Im on it right very soon and have already lost 5 kilos surrounded by a month.
hope this helps
Look up his BMI on the internet and it will read out if it's normal.
how high is he?
because a 26 bmi is definitely ont irregular for most seventeen year prehistoric males. unless he is five foot three or less, he is a moment ago a normal boy.
If he is 17 and for the most subdivision fit, then his BMI is probably lower than that. Ask him be he is getting the number from. The best thing would be to appropriate him to a doctor so they can determine his real BMI. After that, you see what is best suited for him.
From your description, he is probably below 26 and most probably on the elevated end of teh regular scale.
Good luck.
You didn't mention how high he is, but 17 years old at 190 lbs isn't fruitless at all depending on how elevated he is, or his body composition and or activity smooth. The average male, from what I retract is between 23-25, so he is right there. I intuitively, no flaming please, do not put a lot of stock contained by BMI, especially since my personal BMI is 31.3, I am 5' 9" and weight 212lbs, however my body butter floats between 8 and 10% and according to the BMI I am classified as obese. BMI is just a bench splotch for the average person, and can wrongly misrepresent stoutness in those that are athletic or muscular. I included a knit to a basic BMI calculator if your interested surrounded by looking at one.
