as much as you want. It really depends what kind of counterweight you want to gain. It really isnt healthy to gein more than almost 2 lbs per week but if you want to you can eat a great deal of junk food and greatly of food in broad and gain a ton of weight (like 8 lbs/ week) but it will be large, which i dont think that you want to do. Just drink a lot of heathy food and after eat some more and the freight will come
