Show me some cardio-vascular excercises.?

Show me excercises that help me lose weight and inches in lesser time.

spin classes are great
run around man...that neva gets old....!!!
Running/walking, jump roping, dancing, and most especially swimming.
I don't know about less time, it depends on how much you work out. Here's a few:
Exercise Videos, Tae-Bo
Treadmill (walk or run), Kick-boxing
Walk or run outside, Aerobics
Stationary bike or biking outdoors
Elliptical exercise machine

Well a good cardio exercise will work the large muscles in the body or work many muscle groups. Walking or running are two popular exercises. I like to work many muscles when doing cardio. Swimming is a good one so is Jumping rope, rowing and Hitting a heavy bag(Boxing). Remember to start slowly if u are not used to working out. Whatever u do, find something that u enjoy. Good luck
