Resistant abdominal plump. oh boy...?

Well i have be exercising and dieting on the card cycling diet for now 2 months. Im finally getting the six pack i considered necessary... unfortunately i merely see the very top two muscle divisions the bottom partially is covered by exercise and diet resistant fat... GRRRRR Does anyone own any ideas on how to lose that resistant hefty. Do i have to turn on some extreme starvation diet or do i have to exercise to a crisp. Im of a mind to do anything to get rid of this. Thanks.

ps... im anesthetically resistant. Last time i have a surgery i took an extra 6 hours than expected to wake up, so i cant hold a liposuction.
