Is this a natural salad?
it had
1 boiled egg
some grated cheese
partially a carrot
some lettuce
2 grated peanuts (this tastes really biddable in it)
some saline and pepper
i didnt want any dressing
im really worried about the cheese and 2 nuts!!

This looks close to a small side salad that you can get contained by a restaurant. The ingredients looks OK, and even the portions of cheese and peanuts look good.
If you are one of these culture that eat 4 to 5 times a sunshine and then surrounded by small portions this is still OK, the only grill I would have is, What benign of cheese was it? If it be something like Swiss or Parmesan consequently you are OK. The 'harder cheeses' such as Cheddar are still OK as long as they are in small portions, however they are much glowing for you than the cheese singles you get within a grocery store.
Also, what kind of lettuce be it? Iceberg, Romaine, Green Leaf, Red Leaf, etc... Everything except Iceberg is very fitting for you as it is loaded with vitamins and minerals in need extra calories.
Cheese and nuts you should be OK on, as long as you don't eat them at every banquet.

nuts are extreamly in shape but you shold only aet cheese every very soon and again coz its quite fatening. the rest be ok but if you want it to be healthier of late dont use salt
Sounds great to me. The peanuts are a bit high-ranking in overweight, but they are also high contained by protein. You might want to opt for almonds next time. Cheese is also illustrious in plump, but high surrounded by calcium. I like to use feta cheese which is better for you. And the boiled egg is also a great source of protein. You have need of some fat contained by your diet and it sounds like, as long as it wasn't overflowing next to cheese and peanuts, a good salad that covers frequent of your nutritional needs!!

That seems to be fine.
2 peanuts by a hair`s breadth adds any extra dynamism but make sure that you don't use too much grated cheese.
It is as a rule better to have 6 small meal in a daytime rather than 3 big ones so this should count as one of the 6.
It is a fine salad... The route to make it a better salad, net sure the eggs are natural large omega three eggs, be sure the peanuts are dry roasted or use almonds, use a light podgy cheese and keep it minimal and use a better lettuce (the greener the better) some fat are just well again, but our bodies need hefty and protein, you can use more nuts!
It sounds an absoutly superb salad, You have no meat, partially a carrot, some lettuce, 1 boiled egg, 2 grated peanuts, salt and pepper & Shredded cheese, In my cut time job I treaty daily near food and people considered near healthy food, as a representive for Subway New Zealand, our salads depend on individuals taste, ie if they have meat or not, but a typical salad consits of cheese,lettuce,tomatoes,carrot... a couple of dressing sauces.
Of course person from Down Under our food does not match up to the size of the food consumed surrounded by America, where I hold had tons Americans complaining that our food portions are far to small, our large drink be considered small in America which I be like wow.

Not too healthy. You should incorporate more veggies, resembling bell peppers, or cucumbers. Use the egg white and partially the yolk. Use low fat cheese, and cut the saline. Also, you should incorporate a little olive grease and vinegar. The oil help retain the nutrients in the veggies! Good choice on the peanuts, they are a great source of protein!
