Is it true you should not work out duplicate body parts every year?

I have be told by people that I know (not professionals) that you should not work out duplicate areas every day. I hold 3 kids and I'm working on my abs. I feel close to I'm cheating if I don't work them out every day. Same next to my buns and thighs..can I work them out every day?

All muscles requirement rest. If they don't get the rest they necessitate, then instead of rising and growing you'll be damaging them. When you heave weights you need to rest those muscles for at lowest a day in the past you work them again.
It depends on what your workouts consist of. 48 hours is the rule of thumb to rest your muscle after a workout. You are not allowing the muscle to recover and grow otherwise. Try working your muscles more intensly and harder on the days you work out.
hmm..i believe, but not too sure, that if you want to tone your body it doesn't really issue how often you work-out equal body part a daytime. it only matter if your trying to build muscle, and bulk up, does it matter how oodles times you work-out that body part. for example, i'm trying to bulk up, so for this reason, i only concentrate on one body fragment a day. (arms monday, chest wedsday, wager on friday...)

however, in your travel case i don't see why not. your not trying to bulk up, but your actually trying to tone down. so i believe its a polite idea to work-out those body parts every daylight. but remember its not the quantity that you exercise these parts but the qualilty. as a consequence, it might be a good view to spread them out over a course of 2-days, and possibly split your exercises into two parts so its more managable, and you can put more focus on one/two things that day single.

a hint for toning your body, would be to do several repetitions, because in large repetitions can you start to tone your body.

MY trainer told me it's not too moral to exercise the same parts every sunshine because then your muscles receive used to the work out and it doesn't work out your body as much as it should. Try switching your work out routine do things every other day and switch out. That is what i do, and it works.
No you shouldn't work like muscle group everyday,you should give them a rest and alternate muscle groups.Like work your abs soon and your buns and thighs the next and purely switch off.I hold tons of exercise videos that voice DON'T work the same muscle group everyday make a contribution them at least a days rest contained by between and I completely understand how you grain about cheating if you don't do it everyday,but trust me it will repay off surrounded by the long run.
the muscle groups should not be worked everyday. in certainty, the muscles should only be worked once per week. anymore than that will roughly lead to overtraining. your muscles don't grow while you're working out, they grow when they are repairing. ab muscles in opposition can be worked twice per week
