I'm not a nutritionist, nor an expert on diets. However, I'd probably do some research if I were you. Specifically contained by making a diet leaning towards fruits and veggies, and the occasional serving of meat. And obtain in plenty of exercise. Try to do 20 minutes a morning, 3-4 days a week.. Or if you're too out of shape, work up unhurriedly to 20 minutes each morning for 3-4 days a week. You might not see the results you want, but it'll get you closer to your objective at least.
