i did not like veggies but am in a minute eating more than ever. i cover them up near cheese sauces, gravies, mix it with mash potato but i particulary love stir frys, with the sauce you cannot weakness the veg. also i love oven roasted peppers, red onion and courgette on a wrap next to some chicken and light mayonaise. this channel i can eat veg every light of day although if it was purely steamed and put on a plate i could not eat it any. be inventive look online for receipes or take a look at a veggie cookbook, it does obtain easier !
