I normally prepare these food surrounded by half an hour. They are hygienic and filling. Though I don't count the calories, they are low surrounded by fat, large in protein and roughage and allowed me to lose 14kg/31 lbs.

If you enjoy an Aldi's near you, check out their frozen stir-fry meal - loads of vegies and some protein (usually chicken or shrimp). Very tasty, nutritious, and affordable. If you're inclined to do your own, a principal vegie blend (California blend is one) combined with bitesized pieces of meat or tofu and the stirfry sauce of your choice. Watch for sodium content, but if you're a fast-food aficionado, you're still probably better bad with these than french fries and shakes day after day.
Other stores probably have these as very well, but I've been extremely pleased with the Aldi's brands.
