How long will it take?

How long till the extra calories becomes noticalbe fat?
I need to gian 17lbs im underweight, and i was wondering how much fat will be added onto my body, like stomach or pant sizes.(i do exercise, daily, and take protein bar and shakes) How many pounds does it take to notice a difference in your body apperence if you eat ok healthy wise, and lift weights, bend down and touch your toes really fast, and do sit-ups everyday? Do you think at the end i will appear really FAT or just a little meat since i exercise

However if you are trying to add noticible weight to your body your best bet is to do a lot of weight training. You will want to lay off the cardio a little. The more cardio your doing the more calories your burning. Your doing good with eating the protien bars. Eat a lot of chicken and other foods high in protien. protien is what feeds your muscles. You dont want to gain weight that is purely fat. Drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of eggs. You could even start drinking protein shakes.
Try lifting weights 3-4 times a week at high weights. Higher weight will allow you to put on solid muscle.
Start out lower so you dont hurt yourself and then work your way up.
