FIRST THING-DO NOT WORRY. EVERYBODY GETS SICK AT SOME POINTOF TIME OR THE OTHER.JUST GIVE ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR BODY TO RECOVER. YOU CAN ALWAYS GET BACK TO YOUR ROUTINE AFTER THAT. JUST BECAUSE YOU TEMPORARILY SUSPEND YOUR ROUTINE DOESN'T MEAN YOU WOULD DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH.INFACT IF YOU JUMP INTO YOUR ROUTINE WITHOUT BEING 100% YOU MAY END UP IN A WORSE SITUATION. THE SICKNESS COULD RECUR OR YOU COULD BECOME WEAKER. ONCE YOU ARE FULLY FIT YOU CAN GRADUALLY GO BACK TO YOUR NORMAL FOOD AND EXERCISE.BEST WISHES FOR THAT. JUST CONTINUE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH.
The most significant thing is on the road to recovery right now. Just dawdle until you feel you are primed to get support to the gym. Don't worry, your body will bounce put a bet on! If you start back too precipitate, you may make yourself more sick.
No, you won't do defacement to your diet---just go rear to exercise in the gym when you touch up to it. I go swimming every light of day and had to stop for 4 months because of surgery and simply resumed as soon as I be fit enough to do so. The just thing nearby is that if you stay out too long the achieved toning of the body starts to vanish and you have to work it rear up.
Going back to rigorous exercise when you are not economically enough isn't a correct idea. But that doesn't suggest you can't start off beside a little easy-going exercise.. like a placid walk, or a bit of swimming. Just don't overdo anything until you are recovered.

Firstly, it's well brought-up that you are dying to get put money on to the gym. Secondly, it's only be 2 weeks. Your diet/metabolism/fitness/streng... will not have changed too much within that time. Think of the time away from the gym just as a brak for the muscles to recuperate. Even professionals take a week bad every few months so you have nought to worry around. Take it easy within the gym for the 1st and 2nd times back, next hit it hard again. You'll find the 2 week break will enjoy refreshed you and you'll be training generally again really soon.
