I was wondering what i should drink for breakfast, should i scramble and egg or a thing of yogurt or something else, i already bring a protein shake because i have freight lifting first mod in arts school. I weigh 165 and im 17 years old and im trying to lose those love handle so im trying to eat well and try not to eat alot of unwanted items foods. I eat salad at arts school for lunch everyday and sometimes for dinner at home.
