How do I receive bigger biceps swift?

Im 6' 160lb and want to get bigger biceps swiftly. I've been doing curls for 3 months but own not seen any difference but.How often should I work out,what exercises should I do and how long should I rest for.

Use a curl dowel and you dont want to put to much on so that you lose the concentration of using your bicep. Do about 5-6 sets during your workout everyday and than if you enjoy one at home, do a set befor you go to sleep. John L is correct, however, if I needed "big biceps fast", I would do Incline Dumbbell Curls with a wrist-twist at the top of the movement.

The problem near barbell/preacher curls is the lack of be a foil for in the movement from a developmental standpoint.
