Does Anyone Have Any Dieting Tips?

I'm trying to build muscle. I don't want to be a bodybuilder, but I do want six-pack abs. I am 14-years-old, male, I am 5 foot, 4 inches (Yes, I'm not exactly tall!), and 145-150 pounds (My substance tends to fluctuate between the two).

If you hold any tips on how to lose weight and build muscle, please share them. Also, can you please share any nutritional proposal you may have.

Ok, you're 14 so it is not advisable for you to do weights, this is because at your age your bones are still soft and it is possible to bend them with weights. Even though it will one and only be a slight bend, and not noticable to the eye, it will cause you definite problems in after that life.

bread is your main rival when dieting and soft drinks- try to stick to water.
You should run to long morning running everyday.
Eat carbs before you work out for joie de vivre, and lots of protein after your workout to help build muscle.
Smoothies are really suitable becuase of the protein. Make sure you add a banana into the smoothie

And when you attain your six-pack don't lift your shirt up adjectives of the time to "scratch your stomach" and show it bad. That is SOO unattractive.

Number one if you are 15 and yunger you should not be dieting single if you need to, also as everyone call me anerexsice then this is what you entail to do. Join a sport and start exersising let stir of the pop adn junk food adn drink healthy
capably i am a girl but eat in good health don't starve yourself try to get outside lots and this may nouns crazy but use monkey bars and walk on a swing there huge body building tips healthy too help!
buy a running device and tie food in front of it, so wen ur running youll be trying to ambush the food and eat it.
Drink a LOT of sea!

Ignore what Jennifer said. The question you asked are 2 complete opposites. IF you wanna put on mass, you want to eat more. If you wanna burn margarine you need to get through less. Figure out what you wanna do first. IF you wanna put on mass, later cut, eat more consequently when your satisfied next to your muscle mass. Slowly lower your intake and start cutting your calories. and vice versa, aside from the 100000th time the cross-question has be asked, research some stuff on www.google.ca it has road more than we can offer.

Try the link below. It have exercise, running, and fitness tips. I would recommend starting an exercise routine with push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, and some running. Do that for 3-4 weeks and you'll see some patent results. Keep it up and you'll enjoy the long-term benefits, too. Best of luck.

At your age, you should enjoy no problem building muscle due to your natural testosterone level. Moreover, being so immature you shouldn't worry more or less losing "weight" but rather put on as much mass as you can, whether it be muscle or fat. Once, you carry older your inherent testosterone levels will slop and then you can inaugurate "cutting" or losing fat while losing minimal muscle. Here is a few links to further enhance my answer.

Uhhh... Bad Idea. You are in a growing stage. If you diet, you wont find too much nuritents you need to grow towering and stuff. in growing stage, you loes fat naturally. i be at 140 once then become 120 in few weeks next to out doing a thing! Working out beside heavy things can also trade name you shorter. your choice is this. be little bit shorter then everyone but own 6 packs, or munch through right and play sports like picnic basket ball or football. i know guys who plays them (few at your age) and they do own 6packs and more
try swimming,or dance route workouts,that does not connote you are a sissy either,because you,ll be a hit on the hop floor too! switch off beside weights and dance! for one will afford you the muscle and the other will lengthen the muscle you did the sunshine before!
