Push ups fund to backbone days are ok? or i entail to rest within between?

im trying to get my chest big and im benching but i only just dont feel anything occurring in my chest, im not even soar.
so if i want to pump up my chest im going to own to do lots of push ups, i hear ppl do push ups every day so can i do this everyday or do i have need of to rest??
anyone know what else i can do to get my chest bigger?

How long hold you been lifting for? I have the same problem when i first started lifting. Concentrate on using lower shipment when working on chest. Also try to hit the chest from different angles incline, flat, decline.over time you'll start to feel more strain surrounded by your chest muscles. your chest needs to get hold of used to being worked as most citizens don't use their chest muscles on as regular of a basis as articulate their arms. Also try to do various exercises flys and Dumb Bell presses are great for building a full and defined chest.

but seriously after u do ur pushups wipe ur pecs...it may look weird but a moment ago do it to break up ur muscle fibers.also increase the number u do every other day or so to increase muscle mass

Just because they arent sore doesnt parsimonious they arent being worked. The body have gotten used to how youre benching. Change things up with reps scemes increase the volume, decrease the volume, but lift heavier (go for singles beside 95% max) maybe your triceps are holding you fund, do CG benches or dips, something like that.

As for your pushups, since youre not putting a integral lot of strain on them, you can but your body will need rest. You wont be capable of get that much size from doing BW exercises, except pullups and dips perchance if u cant do that many
