How pious is my workout routine.?
(all workouts 3x10 at max weight)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Flat Bench Press
upright rows
bent over rows
bicep curls
tricep kickback
forearms
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Squats
standing calf raises
deadlifts
crunches
leg raise.
sunday- rest.

sounds good..I might suggest adding together some cardio to it.

To build up like lightning use the 7-7-7 method. 7 excercises, 7- reps, 7 seconds respectively rep (up and down). Alternate each sunshine opposite muscle groups:
Day 1: Biceps/Triceps
Day 2: Chest/Shoulders
Day 3: Stomach/Back
Day 4: Legs
It take about 30 minutes per sunshine, so throw in some cardio as you will build up some horrid chemicals in your body i fyou don't.
Also, 6 days a week is too much. 4 I don`t know 5 max. Follow up each work out beside about 15-20grams of protien. I close to pure pro protien grape (half a bottle).
You might want to mix the bench up a bit: do inclines or declines as resourcefully. Also, tricep kickbacks are merely lame. Next, when do you do your shoulders? Finally, throw in some chinups-close-armed; cavernous armed; etc.
OK that might be good for immediately but every 10 weeks or so you need to evolution your workout up because your muscles will eventually adapt to that routine which will do you to stop getting as big of gains as you may be right presently. If i were you i would administer yourself more rest.
