What are upright long permanent status target for bench, squat and motionless raise?

I'm 36 year old mannish. 6', 205 lbs. I haven't done a lot of strength training but am liable to put in the time. What are some virtuous targets to shoot for?

Answers:    you should progress for two plates (225) X5 on bench, maybe as much as 275 or 300 if you want a huge chest

somewhere around 375lbs on squats X3-5, get sure you go adjectives the way down, you should almost touch your butt to your heel, and save your feet flat!

deadlift should be around 450lbs when your done, possibly 425 if you're using a straight bar and not a round up

these are all moderate goal, not professional level, but they will absolutely take some work to take up to, you'll need instability too, you can't get to 225 bench if you simply do benchpress, you have to mix it up.

hang about, you want him to squat 820lbs? you know thats more than the squat bar is rate for... right? C'mon be realistic, why would deadlift and squat be matching?
If by target you mean numbers you should be lifting

afterwards

Squat-4 times your bodyweight is good
Deadlift-4 times your bodyweight is obedient
Bench-2.5 times your bodyweight is good

these are numbers agreed upon by most strength training professionals
